As part of the negotiations, Her Majesty's Government conceded that English spelling had some room for improvement and has accepted a 5 year phase in plan that would be known as "Euro English". In the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c"..

Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump with joy. The hard "c" will be dropped in favor of the "k". This should klear up konfusion and keyboards kan have 1 less karakter.

There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year, when the troublesome "ph" will be replased with the "f". This will make words like "fotograf" 20% shorter.

In the 3rd year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling kan be expekted to reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible.

Governments will enkorage the removal of double letters, which have always ben a deterent to akurate speling. Also, al wil agre that the horible mes of the silent "e"'s in the languag is disgrasful, and they should go away.

By the 4th year, peopl wil reseptiv to steps such as replasing "th" with "z" and "w" with "v".

德语的发音确实比英语简单多了，任何单词，无论认不认识，肯定可以正确地念出来。英语中好些发音我至今不能肯定，尤其是里面还掺和着西班牙语转过来的词。

虽然不认识德文，但是不要紧。

我的二外曾经选过德语，学了半学期就半途而废了，因为我实在是不会发小舌音，呵呵。还如何能正确的念出来？

那时候还有个法律系GG自告奋勇的要帮我补习，也没用。我就觉得一练习那小舌音我就忍不住想笑；）

其他地方人嘛，你有没有试过天天嘴里含满小石子？最后生生把舌头磨圆溜了，小舌音一嘟噜就出来了

所谓"Rechtschreibung"，新词典不断推陈出新啊。

比如像“ph”简写成"f"就已经开始推广了，比如“照片”：“Photo”改为“Foto”，“海豚”：“Delphin”改为“Delfin”。

语言是不断变化的嘛，英语的语法是欧洲语言中最简单的，但拼写和发音绝对是旁门左道，迟早得改。
