If Windows app performance isn't critical, Parallels is a good choice to avoid rebooting. You'd need ton's of memory to run Parallels though.

I am using Parallels. Man, is it a memory hog.

它其实是wine在mac上的实现，理论上说，因为不需要运行客户os，性能应该是比virtual machine好的。但兼容性可能就有问题，因为wine本身也没有实现全部的winapi。

But with sufficient luck, one can have his apps run just good enough on WINE.

There are quiet a few commercial offerings based on WINE. One company even claimed to be able to support cross-platform video games.
