主题:如何编辑DVD的字幕 -- 暮春三月草
如题,刚刚找到一部中文DVD,已经翻译成外文,但不知道如何在影片中加装字幕,望河里的xdjm们帮帮忙
Couple of years ago when my in-laws were here, I added Chinese subtitles to a bunch of DVDs for them to watch. The DVD authoring software I used was DVDLab Pro. Great software! Now that I started typing, I can hardly remember how I did everything.
I remember I found all the help and necessary software at www.videohelp.com.
If your Chinese DVD already have Chinese subtitle, you can use a number of programs to rip that out to a text file. When you open this file with a text editor, depending on the programs, you will see the start and/or ending time(frame) for each line in this text file. You can then substitute Chinese with English that way.
DVDlab Pro let you add subtitle to DVD, just like adding another sound track to a video. It will even let you adjust it to sync with audio (if there is sync problem).
BTW, there are online sources for subtitles. Translation may not be great for newer movies though.
