Just fixed a problem, but another problem came up;((

My laptop failed to get to the internet, but the network connection seems good. I can ping outside IP addresses. By MS-DOS I got its ipconfig /all:

I guess Notorn Antivirus or Firewall program changed your internet settings, so I suggest you chang your system time and restore your system to the date that Notorn Antivirus or Firewall program still function, then uninstall the Notorn Antivirus or Firewall program.

You should also check the website of Notorn Antivirus for help.

I think you may try this way:

Firstly, delete your network adapter in Device Manager (Control Panel => System => Hardware => Device Manager). Then logoff or restart your laptop, the system will automatically found the "new" hardware (your network adapter), and install and configure it.

You may need a system CD or driver for network adapter.

我看了一会儿，觉得可能是Nortan的Big package在作怪。问题是它不好Disable。费了我一阵子功夫，才把Nortan去掉。在中间有一段时间Nortan是Partially removed，那时候Internet Connection没了。

后来Nortan给彻底去掉了，一切问题似乎都解决了。

Norton有点自以为是，总会乱改设置，还装些乱七八糟的东西，一旦要卸载它就有各种各样的问题。所以要确定它是不是被彻底卸载了！

能ping通Internet IP,可以解析域名吗？

测试方法如下：
