  • 家园 Obama against capitalism

what a stupid idiot president we have now in White House: The business of the U.S. is the business itself.

America reached its peak of glory by aligning itself with the interests of capital: it provides the best place for capital, esp., manufacturing capital, to prosper under a Big market with little political risk.

America's future lies in creating new ventures/new ideas/industries for capital to grow. Only by doing so, America can keep its alliance with "capital". The current Obama administration is good at nothing, except for subverting foreign government and creating more regional instability.

First Disney, now the CEOs of P&G and IBM. Obama is ridiculed by more and more business leaders as incompetent trouble makers and more and more jobs are shifting away from America...

The Obama administration also has cut off access for Mexican trucks to the U.S., which violated the North American Free Trade Agreement and prompted Mexico to retaliate with duties on $2.5 billion of American-made imports.

The result? P&G stopped making Crest toothpaste for the Mexican market at a plant in Iowa, shifting production south of the border, Robert McDonald, the chief executive officer of P&G, said in an interview.

    “Congratulations, Mr. President,” McDonald said.

The message here is clear: Mexico and China are more efficient towards new S&M enterprises. New generation of industrial capital chose China over America.
