“城门失火，殃及池鱼。” 听说过吧？But How？

独角兽与一个华裔外国人（暂时还是称之为“中国人”吧）和一个外国外国人吃饭。中国人解释为何最近中午没饭带，用了“城门失火，殃及池鱼”。

他给外国人的解释是：“If the house is on fire, the fish in the tank can not survive either.”

独角兽抗议：城门，不是房子！

于是中国人：“Actually, the original story of this wisdom was about a fish pond. When there was a big fire burning the city gate, the fishes in the pond thought they would not be affected at all.”

独角兽插嘴：“But it is boiling water now.” （太太太丢人了）

中国人：“However, they pulled out all water from the pond to put down the fire so that the fishes died.”

独角兽非常非常的羞愧。这成语用了几十年，居然从来没细想过。虽然说的时候也觉得城门的火把池塘的水都烧开了有点不靠谱，但是一点儿也没想到是用水救火。

羞愧之余，也是友情可缘的。谁让他开始说什么房子，鱼缸的。鱼缸的水是可以烧开的呀。害得俺非常非常想吃水煮鱼。

把自己不开心得事说出来让大家开心一下，虽然有点儿冷。
