Toxic asset plan

Ning Zi, what is your opinion of the toxic asset plan just announced? Seems like the stock will jump, including C, BAC, etc. One thing for sure is this new plan reassure the market that the government wants to print a lot of money.

Let us cross our finger and watch for the "storming start".
