属于干扰素类药物，其作用机理和激素类同，就是瓦解你的免疫系统，牛皮癣不过是让你无法露出皮肤，这类药却要挖空你的骨髓！

我的理解不一定准确，大家参考吧。

有一种原因是人体免疫系统的过剩反应引起的。可能身体某处有激起这种免疫系统反应的疾病存在。

about psoriasis:

1. topic steroid: for mild disease

2. PUVA: using ultra violet light for moderate disease

3. Methotrexate: 7.5 mg to 25 mg by mouse, once a week together with folic acid, should work well in a portion of patients with moderate to severe disease.

4. anti-TNF drugs including Remicaid (infliximab), Enbrel (etanercept) or Humira (adalimumab) are probably the strongest, i treated a lot of pt with those, work wonders. only problem is price.

it should be available in China.

do not use oral steroid, it will make it worse.

i am practicing Rheumatology in USA.

i strongly believe that those things will help.

do not try Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is not going to help.

注意调整作息时间，饮食少辛辣热燥之物。

注意清洁患处，试用皮康霜（少量试涂，如有过敏马上停用）。

这病不好治是大家都知道的，能控制不发展就不错了。
