I am writing this words from within Ubuntu installed in a VMWare drive. After downloading the most recent version, the installation is pretty easy and free of care. Everything finished within one hour. Though I have only less than one hour of using Ubuntu; it's my first time using Linux. I'm happy with my experience. Thanks again for everyone providing your suggestions.

There are two more questions right now:

1. Where is the place to enable Chinese input method? The display is in Chinese and the user interface is also in Chinese already.

2. How to run a program in Linux? I just downloaded an Opera browser but dont know how to start the installation. The downloaded folder and files are quite different from that of Windows.
