Issues can be discussed and resolved, but facts must be commonly agreed. As for recognition of soverign country, this is not a personal matter. It is not for any individual or non-governmental organization to agree or disagree. Even if one insists on discussing Taiwan Independence as an issue, he should not list that as a fact. The list tabulating all countries in the world is a document of facts, not issues.
