有些问题请教一下。今天 IT manager 直接打电话给我，聊了20多分钟后就直接让我飞过去面试。我觉得有点奇怪，因为并没有问太多技术问题。可能是我搞的一个东西比较偏门，Rhapsody,是一个Real-time UML CASE tool,知道的人不多，愿意去Wisconsin的人就更少了。以下是工作描述。希望有类似面试经验的各位大侠多多指点一下技巧。还有我该开口要多少？ 他们让我去面试，机票肯定是他们出，那旅馆和租车的费用呢？多谢多谢。

May grads are encouraged to apply.

Develop embedded control software for HVAC equipment and systems.

Design and code real-time software for electronic controls to meet quality and functional requirements.

Integrate software with hardware--test and verify product functionality.

Document software design from system level to detail level.

Work as a member of a development team with project, software, hardware, and algorithm engineers to meet overall project goals.

Maintain, upgrade, and enhance production software.

Help advance software development tools, technology, and processes within Control Systems.

Follow departmental software development procedures.

Generate software development schedules, report on progress, and meet schedule goals.

Bachelor ’s degree in electrical/computer/software engineering or equivalent required. Experience in microcomputer software design for embedded controls preferred. C and assembly programming experience required. C++ and Object-Oriented Software design experience preferred. Experience with UML development tools, such as I-Logix Rhapsody, preferred. HVAC equipment and system knowledge a plus. Knowledge of test-driven design a plus. Good interpersonal skills, ability to function on a project team, and flexibility to take on varied software assignments required.
