US still has no feasible solution for China. Mexico, at its best, can serve as a substitution of "sweat and blood factories". Can US re-industrilize itself? I'm not sure about that. But probably they need more engineers for the heavy industry/food industry/etc.. While Germany and Russia always want to get things done in one major attack, which I beleive is not feasible as US is too strong for that assault, China continues to strengthen its defense and will not retaliate until US has wasted too much resources. Now, the only feasible for the US is to reduce this waste and try to re-vitalize its economy and people's faith (essentially what Brezinski said) about the American Dream;

US has better technology and larger share of the pie, so if it wants to be stronger, it can be done. But if US continues the useless warfare, then I'm not sure about it in 20-30 years. And when the tide turns, well, good luck to them.
