现在似乎如果不在这些国家不能注册账户。
# you must be an individual, at least 18 years old, living in the United Kingdom; and
# you must have a current account in your own name with a bank in the United Kingdom.
上面有人提到美国的lending club好像没有这种规定，你可以看看。
