号外号外，老美答应出钱啦（这回不反悔了？）

With time running out, the United States sought Thursday to inject new momentum into talks here aimed at reaching a global agreement to control greenhouse gases, backing a proposal to create an international pot of money for developing countries that could be worth more than $100 billion a year by the end of the next decade.

一说美国的减排资助都是十分积极乐观的，来自EU和UN的一片赞誉。然后马上强调，接下来就看中国的了，如果没谈成，自然都是邪恶的中国的责任。逼宫。

离奇的事情是，六七个小时前我看纽约时报网上的报道是，女克的原话是这样的：

“It would be hard to imagine, speaking for the United States, that there could be the level of financial commitment that I have just announced in the absence of transparency from the second-biggest emitter — and now I guess the first-biggest emitter — and now nearly, if not already, the second-biggest economy,” Mrs. Clinton said.

说得很直白：如果因为中国不答应我们的条件（full transparency）而我们反悔那就不能怪我们，是中国人不好。

现在放google出去搜

的话马上就能找到这条今天的新闻。可是现在可是点进去看的话，变成了：

不带这么玩的。

我这段话记得很清楚就是因为她这么说其心意表面的很清楚，给我印象极其深刻。而驱使时报做出这个改动的是什么动机？
