主题：请教两个关于苏联体制部门名称的问题 -- 马伯庸

最近我在翻译一部苏联背景的英文纪实文学，其中涉及到许多关于苏联独特的体制名称翻译，不能简单地根据英文直译，所以想请教一下各位，该如何翻译成中文，或者说前人是否早有约定俗成的定式。

在这里"militsia"显然不同于警察，从解释来看，似乎这只是――至少名义上――一种民众自发组织的治安团体，但又不能简单翻译为国民自卫队。我曾经考虑过将其翻译为民警，又与中国传统上的民警意思有些忤逆，容易产生误导。不知我国翻译界对苏联的这一种性质的警察是简单地以“警察”称之还是另有译法？

这里procurator类似于American district attorney`office，不知道在苏联体制下是否有一个专有译名？

那个称为"sledovatyel"的lawyer-investigator，在苏联体制下是否也有一个独特的说法？
