如果您安装，复制或以其它方式使用了本软件产品，即表示同意接受《协议》各项条件的约束。如您不同意《协议》的条件，则不能获得使用本“软件产品”的权利。

1.本产品可以过滤互联网上的不良信息，但不保证不良信息能完全被过滤，也不保证被过滤的信息完全是不良信息。

2.本《协议》以中华人民共和国法律为准据法。本“软件产品”受中华人民共和国版权法及国际版权条约和其它知识产权法及条约的保护。用户获得的只是使用本“软件产品”的许可协议，本软件产品并不出售。本《协议》授予您使用与复制权利，并受以下内容约束。

您可以：

* 免费下载和复制本软件。

4.如果您未遵守《协议》的某项条件，在不预先通知的情况下，可以终止本《协议》。一旦发生此种情况，您必须立即停止使用本软件并销毁本“软件产品”的所有副本。这项要求将对各种拷贝形式有效，无论是局部拷贝还是全面拷贝，无论拷贝是否经过修改或嵌入其它系统。

5.通过本软件产品所获得的内容，其所有权及知识产权归内容所有人的财产，并可能受到适用版权法或其它知识产权法及条约之保护。本《协议》并未授予您使用这些内容的权利。
