上次，加拿大人给印尼飓风捐款，由于印尼政府原因没有出手，于是他们给咪了跟外界都没交代。成为一大丑闻。

and also, good thing to go through Canada Red Cross, because the gov will match all the dollars that we donate. even if they charge some admin fee, we still give more money to China.
