1. If the table in PDF is image, you need to output those image then use OCR software to convert to excel table.
2. If the table is well-formed PDF structure, you can try to export it to XML format. Then from XML format, it can be easily converted to CSV or other well-formated file, then import into excel.
3. If you know how to program PDF (guess not), you can write program to scan PDF page and output as CSV format.
For option 2 and 3, you need adobe acrobat, not reader.
If you have only a couple of pages, manual work will do. If you have a lot of pages, option 3 will be best. Option 2 can also be automated.
